Are you serious about saving your home?

By Timothy Stull (http://www.fresh-start.co)

he recent 250 billion dollar settlement pressed on the banks may seem like a great deal on the surface.  However, it has already caused a chain reaction of events that will cause turmoil in the foreclosure market.  Lenders are speeding up the foreclosure process….plain and simple.  The banks are no longer walking on egg shells….waiting on the verdict from looming lawsuits.  The verdict is in, the settlement has been ordered & the banks can now proceed actively with foreclosures.  The banks want to clear the market fast.  Ultimately they will need to attack all delinquent homeowners….since there is no way to determine who is “sincere” about saving their home & who is “squatting” in their home with no intention to pay.  Think that the banks can’t afford the loss associated with foreclosure….think again….profits have been high within the banking industry & the losses associates with foreclosure loss have already been “baked in”.  If you do not have aggressive representation to prevent foreclosure, you will be simply steamrolled through the foreclosure process.  Banks have steered homeowners away from retaining aggressive representation for many years.  Why?  Because they don’t want to play the game on an even playing field.  Since they can abuse the homeowner through foreclosure & collection methods.  If you are serious about saving your home, then feel free to call us today at 877.297.7011.  We will contact your mortgage lender free of charge ~ we charge no up front fees & we will give your straight answers to your questions.
