Avoiding Loan Modification Scams

By Timothy Stull (http://www.fresh-start.co)

Let it known ~ THERE IS NO ROOM IN THIS BUSINESS FOR SCAMMERS. My estimate is that about 65% of all individuals involved in the business are scam artists. Here is waht you need to look out for….

~~Firms with no physical address.
~~You are speaking to represantive that can’t answer any of your questions.
~~The firm demands up front money with out reviewing your entire case.
~~A mortgage company that poses as a loan modification firm.
~~A firm with no licensed attorneys on staff.

If you don’t feel comfortable speaking to the firm ~ cease the call immeadiatley. Ask about their credentials and experience. Ask to see completed cases. Always ask bout the BBB rating and Rip off report complaints. THERE ARE MANY LEGITIMATE COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. REMEMBER, THE LAST THING A LENDER WANTS YOU TO DO IS HIRE AN ATTORNEY. THEY ARE THEN FORCED TO COOPERATE AND COMPLETE A MODIFICATION. Please see www.TMMLG.com or www.FreshStart-MortgageSolutions.com for addtional information. You can always contact me, Timothy Stull at 877.297.7011 for free consultation as well.
